When Shawn's parents were in town for Easter we were able to take some family photos.  Here are a few of them:

Lizzy is 17 months old but has been in Nursery for about a month now. She loves doing all the Nursery songs and actions at home. Her favorite is now "Book of Mormon Stories", but she also loves "If You're Happy and You Know It", "Jesus Wants Me for a Sunbeam" (we do both of these in English and Japanese), "3 Little Monkeys", and "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star".

One day Lizzy handed me the camera and started making a bunch of
funny faces for me to take pictures of. This is the best one we got.

She was even nervous riding the carousel for the first time, but soon loved it.

Lizzy still loves animals, in books and movies that is, not in real life. She knows Horse, Dog, Cat, Mouse, Bird, Owl, Duck, Pig, Sheep and Bear and can make the noise for most of them. She has also started talking a lot more. She says more, cracker, bapa (for grandma and grandpa), Nya (which means done, the end, and Amen), and our favorites, I Do and I Go.

Lizzy's 2nd Easter

It's hard to remember life without Lizzy, but also hard to believe she's been around long enough that this is her 2nd Easter. Last Easter we had a great time with her cousins and this year we were very lucky to spend it with Shawn's family, even Grandma and Grandpa Jones who came down from Oregon. We ate lots of good meals, played games, watched movies, hit the Thanksgiving Point Gardens, Wheeler Farms and the Easter Eggstreme and even had time for a family photo shoot (pictures coming soon).
