What is Janell up to?
Besides being 7 months pregnant, She has spent all of her free time getting our Primary ready for their Sacrament Meeting Program next Sunday. The kids love her and it's amazing to see what an effect music can have in teaching children the Gospel.
On that note, last week we had the privilege of going to our nephew, Michael's baptism. Shawn was sitting with Lily and while waiting he asked her who the 2 men in the picture on the cover of the program were. She knew the one was Jesus, but said she didn't know who the other one was. To give you a hint, our CTR 5 class used to call him John the Baptizer. So, Lily didn't know who the second person was, but Shawn asked her if she knew what he was doing. Without hesitation she replied, "Baptizing Jesus by immersion in the River Jordan's flow." This girl knows her Primary songs.

Or getting glamour shots,He enjoys walking around Dollar Stores wondering out loud how much things cost. You should have seen the look this lady gave him last week. She thought he was the dumbest person she had ever seen and it totally made his day.
Seriously though, Shawn just listened to the most awesome BYU Devotional by President Monson. It is called "Principles from Prophets" and in it he shares personal experiences and principles taught by the 7 Prophets during his lifetime. It was incredible. Michael will be very proud of Uncle Shawn dressing up. He taught you well. I hadn't heard the story about Lily's baptism comment. I'll have to write that one down.
