Call Me Lizzy!

It's hard to believe that the summer is already over but we made the most of our last month of it. In early August we had our 3rd Annual PBJ Family End of Summer Bash. We also hit the Utah County Fair and Shawn and Lizzy rode the Berry Go Round until Shawn almost puked. We also made a tradition of going to Thanksgiving Point every Monday night for Family Home Evening in August. Lizzy also had a great time at swim lessons.

A few weeks ago, we pulled out some old games and Lizzy's new favorite is The Game of Life. She loves driving the little cars and putting people in them. Her favorite part is getting married at the Temple. Then this last week we had the opportunity to go to the Brigham City Temple Open House. Lizzy loved getting to go inside a temple and learning more about it.

We're all excited for Fall and the beginning of the BYU Football season. Lizzy still loves music and dancing. Her favorite song is now, "Call Me Maybe" by Carly Rae Jepsen. Any time she hears it she sings along except she sings, "Call Me Lizzy", instead of "Call Me Maybe".

Our Ford Expedition is 10 years old but it had 114,000 miles when we bought it 8 years ago.

This month it hit 200,000 miles

One day we were headed out and I told Lizzy she could take one toy. A few minutes later she came back with her stroller packed with everything she could fit in it and said, "Okay, I've got my one toy."
