October

October was fun and busy.  Lizzy finished up soccer, we ran the Red Rock Relay, and we went to Disneyland.  But we'll save Disneyland for another post...

Lizzy's last soccer game of the season.  Go White Sharks!

Getting ready to start the Red Rock Relay.  It was early, dark and cold!

Rob & Lucas.  Lucas had just finished leg #3 and his hat was totally
frosted over.  Did I mention it was cold?

A little van support on Shawn's first route.

Coming in for a strong finish.  Lots of fun scenery, too.

Rob passing off to Stef.  Now she gets to go run straight up a mountain...

Enjoying the view from the top.

The end of my second route.  Could barely move, but I ran both legs!
After more than a year of training, so glad to be done!

This is the end of Shawn's run over a mountain.  He got to enjoy
one more hill on his way to pass off to Rob.

Rob's finish passing off to Scott who booked it home.

Our team at the finish line.  We were lucky to have two great "ringers"
who made it so we were the 3rd team to finish...

The very last Monday in October we finally got around to carving a pumpkin:

Lizzy did not want to touch the goo!

She was more ok cleaning it out with a spoon.

We made a scary face jack-o-lantern!  Lizzy even came up with the design.

Lizzy got to have a costume parade at her preschool.

Lizzy on her way to trick or treat.
