Baby's First Easter
We were very lucky to have 5 nieces and nephews stay with us over Easter weekend. Thanks to her cousins, Lizzy got to do a number of awesome Easter activities we wouldn't have done without them. The weekend started with a bang when my good friend Mark had his birthday party at Pirate Island Pizza (and no he's not 5).

Doesn't Lizzy make a great pirate? Friday afternoon we decided to undertake the most ambitious project our basement has ever seen. A master fort designed by Janell that consisted of 3 tents, 2 refrigerator boxes, 4 tables and all the blankets in the house.

Other activities for the weekend included: Bocce ball, Make-your-own-pizzas, watching Ponyo, Karaoke'ing, playing Nintendo, Easter Egg Hunts at Thanksgiving Point, Dying Easter Eggs, a BBQ, Homemade Ice Cream, an Easter Basket Hunt at home, and watching General Conference in our tent. And here's our proof:

In case you're wondering, this wasn't posed. The kids really were surrounding Lizzy.

Everyone dyed 6 eggs. Lizzy's were on the far left.

Lizzy was very serious about looking for her Easter Basket.
She was very thorough.
Not back there either.
Nope, not under there.
Wait a second, what's that?
Lizzy found her basket!
